Information About USHospitalJobs.com Visitors

 

We gather information about the numbers of users to our site and the areas they visit most frequently.  This information is collected in aggregate; that is, no individual information is seen nor available.  This anonymous information helps us decide how to develop and upgrade services to those who visit our site and access our services.  We may share this information (always in aggregate) with our partners so that they can better understand how USHospitalJobs.com visitors use our site.  Users benefit from these analyses since it means a more useful site for them.

Resumes seen by employers have no contact information.  We release contact information to  prospective employers only when the job seeker specifically directs us to do so.  Except as described in this privacy policy, we do not disclose information about your individual visits to USHospitalJobs.com, or personal information that you provide, (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, personal references, etc.) to any outside parties, except when we are informed that it is required by law or to protect USHospitalJobs.com, our users, or others.  However, we may record and share aggregated information (such as percentages of resumes reflecting specific degrees) with our partners.  Sometimes, we contract with other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.  Examples of the tasks they perform may include maintaining our web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service. These other companies will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from sharing that information with any third party.

 

Resumes

Since USHospitalJobs.com is a career site, we give you the option of putting your resume in our database and/or searching through our job postings. There are two ways of doing this:

 

1.    If you allow your resume to be available for searches, then all employers who have access to our resume database will have access to your resume.  They will NOT have your name and contact information.  You will be asked to give your specific consent for us to release your contact information each time an employer who has reviewed your resume wishes to open discussions.  No contact information will be released without your specific consent.

 

We use our best efforts to grant access to this database only to employers, hiring managers, and human resource professionals.  However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to this database. You may remove your resume from our searchable database at any time. However, employers and recruiters you have authorized to receive you contact information may have retained your resume. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in the USHospitalJobs.com database.

 

2.    Individuals can store search criteria in our database and use it to search for jobs at a later time.  Not entering your resume as searchable means that employers and recruiters will not have access to it through our resume database.   However, should you want to apply for a position, you may attach your resume to an email addressed to the employer.

 

Updating Account Information

USHospitalJobs.com allows you to change or correct your personal information at any time. To do so, simply log into your account and you will find options for editing the information you have submitted.
