USHospitalJobs.com is designed to connect hospitals with job seekers who have actual hospital or related work experience and skills. This reduces the number of inappropriate resumes, saving recruiters significant time and effort. Our goal is to provide you with prompt and cost-effective staffing. We limit the use of this site to hospitals located within the United States.
Here’s how it works. Click on the “NEW EMPLOYER” link. Fill out and submit the requested company profile. You or your designated representative will promptly receive an authorization by email.
This will give you access to our resume database, which allows you to enter specific search criteria and to sort by hospital disciplines, years of experience, highest degree, geographic preference, willingness to relocate, and country of citizenship. Key word searches can also be done.
Our resume database consists of anonymous resumes (resumes without contact information). When you find a qualified resume and want to contact the candidate, click on the “contact” button. We send an email to the candidate indicating that your company has seen his/her resume and wants to establish contact. If the individual does not wish to be contacted, he/she checks the “NO” box and an email is sent back to you with that reply. If the individual checks “YES,” we send the contact information to you.
Our database is always fresh. Job seekers must respond to an employers’ request for contact within 5 business days. If there is no response in that period, a second request is sent and another 5-day opportunity to reply is provided. If there is still no response, the resume is deactivated and the employee and the job seeker are notified. The resume may be reactivated in the future.
You may also choose to be notified immediately when resumes exhibiting your matching criteria are posted in our database. Simply fill out the “Search Resume Database” and check the “Automatic Search” box. When a new resume with your matching criteria is posted, you will receive an email with a link directly to that resume. Click on the link and review the resume. If you are interested, just click the “contact” button and a contact request is sent. There is no charge for the “Automatic Search” service!
We encourage to post all your open positions on our site. This increases your chances of finding the candidates you want. Many passive job seekers do not post resumes, but often review our job postings. If one of your postings is of interest to them, they will reply directly to you.
